Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers in the BodyFrank online shop at bodyfrank.com. The shop is operated by Hanifly Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, company number 17117683 (“we”, “us”).

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in our shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

You can place products in the shopping cart, go to the checkout, enter your details and choose a shipping and payment method. Before submitting, you can review all information and correct input errors at any time using the usual keyboard and mouse functions or by going back. By clicking the order button you submit a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart.

We confirm receipt of your order immediately by email; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance of your offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by a separate email (order confirmation or shipping confirmation) or by dispatching the goods.

The contract language is English. We store the text of the contract and send you the order details and these terms by email. You can view the terms at any time on this page.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver to Germany and Austria. Delivery times are shown on the product pages and on our Shipping & Payment page.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices include the statutory value added tax. Shipping costs are added and are shown in the shopping cart and on our Shipping & Payment page.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are shown during checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service provider Southbill. Your account is charged when you place the order.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Please report obvious transport damage to the carrier and to us as soon as possible; this does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in our Withdrawal Policy. You can also withdraw online using our withdrawal form.

9. Notes on food supplements

Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children. Please read the information on the product label, in particular regarding caffeine content and use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Some products are only intended for adults.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability under product liability law remains unaffected.

11. Applicable law

The laws of England and Wales apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.

12. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
